Victoria Roy did a live interview for 7NEWS’ Sunrise explaining the implications of the Court of Justice of the European Union decision of Flightright v American Airlines, Case C-436/21 for Australian travellers.
The court decision has extended European flight delay compensation rules to connecting domestic flights outside of Europe when the flights are sold under the same ticket even if different airlines operate them.
