Victoria Roy was quoted by Travel Weekly as spokesperson for the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA) following the completion of AFTA’s review of the ATAS scheme.
Victoria said that recommendations made were welcome but do not go far enough to sufficiently protect consumers, especially when it comes to terms and conditions and trust accounts.
