Victoria Roy was quoted by Travel Weekly as travel law spokesperson for the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA) regarding it submission to the Australian Federation of Travel Agents’ (AFTA) review of its ATAS accreditation scheme.
Victoria called for clearer booking terms and conditions and trust accounts, amongst other recommendations.
