In her role as Travel Law spokesperson for the Australian Lawyers Alliance (ALA), Victoria Roy was quoted by Travel Daily on the shortcomings of the Australian Consumer Law for travellers.
This was in the context of the ALA’s submission to the review of the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS), seeking strengthened consumer protection measures.
